Customer Support & Social Media Assistant (Part-time & 100% Remote)
Sunnah Timepieces is a growing brand of high-quality, elegant timepieces. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and reliable assistant in the area of customer support and social media .
Your tasks:
- Answering customer inquiries (email, social media, chat)
- Maintaining our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Support with content ideas and community management
- General support tasks in day-to-day business
- Hourly quota 15-20 hours / month
Your profile:
- Own business license available
- Friendly, service-oriented personality
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills (German & English)
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (creating stories & reels)
- Independent, reliable and communicative
- Prior experience in customer support or social media is a plus
