We would like to remind our customers to shop more consciously:
Returned goods generate up to 130,000 tons of CO₂ every day—equivalent to the emissions of around 25,000 cars per day. Our reminder is intended to be a small nudge toward more conscious shopping and a life with less climate impact.
If you would like to return an item , please note the following:
- return your items in their original packaging
- Submit your return within 14 days of receiving the package
- only return incorrect/faulty products if our customer service asks you to do so
- handle the products carefully when trying them on
- no stickers or labels to be removed
How do I return a product?
We know returning something can be a hassle. That's why we've tried to make this process as easy as possible. Please contact us before returning your item by emailing info@sunnahtimepieces.com.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note that without a tracking number we assume no liability!

Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, we require 5-7 business days to process it and an additional 4-6 business days to process your refund.

Returns due to undeliverability
For shipments that cannot be delivered due to an address error, that are not picked up at the DHL branch/Packstation, that are canceled after fulfillment, or that are refused acceptance and are therefore returned to us, we can resend for a flat shipping fee of € 5.50 or cancel the order. In the event of a cancellation, a return shipping and processing fee of € 10 will be deducted from the refund amount.
