Our return policy is valid for 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Some items are completely non-returnable. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. Likewise, we do not accept products used in the intimate area or for personal hygiene, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

For returns, we require a receipt or invoice. Please do not return your items until you have contacted us by email.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email confirming receipt. We'll then let you know whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company – it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank – there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchange (if applicable)
Exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at info@sunnahtimepieces.com .
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
The time it takes for an exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on your country of residence.
If you're returning an item valued at more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without these precautions, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.
